Service Agreement

By engaging Nepali Linguist for translation, interpretation, or language services, you agree to these terms. A project is considered accepted when we provide a quote and you confirm your approval.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on word count, document complexity, language pair, and turnaround time. Rush fees may apply for expedited delivery.

Confidentiality

We treat all project materials as confidential. We do not share your documents with third parties outside of the linguist network necessary to complete your project. We sign NDAs upon request.

Accuracy and Liability

We exercise professional care in every translation and interpretation project. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Revisions

We offer one round of revisions at no additional cost if requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the revision is based on our translation error rather than a change in the source text.

Governing Law
