What We Look For
- Native-level proficiency in the target language
- Professional translation or interpretation experience (2+ years preferred)
- Subject-matter expertise in legal, medical, technical, or academic fields
- Familiarity with CAT tools and quality assurance processes
- Strong communication and deadline management skills
